NEW HOMEOWNER
Congratulations on your new home and welcome to
The Communities at Princeton Lakes!
We have quarterly home owner meetings at the clubhouse and we encourage you to join us at our next meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every third month. Due to Covid-19 our gatherings are currently via Zoom meetings. Please be sure to go to the ‘EVENTS’ page for a link to upcoming meeting.
Please register for access to the Property Management Portal (POSolutions).
This will allow you to log into the HOMEOWNER PORTAL (top of page) where you can submit your quarterly HOA dues, submit request for: clubhouse rental, architectural change requests and view covenant documents.
Please click here to download the homeowners handbook (document is also available on your Homeowner Portal).
For daily happenings on your street, join our neighborhood’s network on the Nextdoor mobile app.
We look forward to getting to know you better and if you have any questions, please reach out to us at
board@princetonlakes.org or call 404-346-6568

Did you get your Welcome Gift Basket?
If not, we would love the opportunity to fix the oversight. Please email board@princetonlakes.org.

Garbage collection on Monday (on Tuesday following a holiday).
Apart from weekly trash and recycling, the neighborhood participates in Community Cleanup Days.
Be sure to check the EVENTS page for information on the upcoming dates.

Have you accessed the Homeowner’s Portal?
Whether you are paying your HOA fees, or trying to rent the clubhouse, you can do it all in the homeowner’s portal. Homeowners can find all community documents by signing into the HOMEOWNER PORTAL. Once you click the HOMEOWNER PORTAL button you will be on the sign-in page. If you have not previously created an account you can do so with your account number. Your account number is located on the quarterly assessment bill that has been mailed to you. Once you sign in you will be on your home page. Go to the About Us tab. Here you will find all the documents.
RENTER
Everyone is a part of our community, regardless of whether a homeowner or renter.
We want you to feel welcome and proud to call this community home.
If your rental agreement does not cover any of the rules or regulations affecting the home you reside in, please feel free to download the handbook.
All the facilities homeowners enjoy are available to residential tenants provided that
1) the property is in good standing
2) forms to use the Clubhouse are completed by a property owner
POTENTIAL HOME BUYER
Looking for a new place to set down roots can be exciting …and a little overwhelming. We hope the information on this site makes that task a pleasant experience. Be sure to check out the ABOUT section so you can get some bearing on the neighborhood and it’s surrounding area.
Watch a couple of videos in the STORIES section to get a glimpse into the lives of the people you will hopefully come to know as neighbors and friends.
